The Shure Beta58 Wireless Mic is our workhorse: a digital handheld transmitter with the Beta 58A capsule that vocalists and presenters already know, paired with a rackmount receiver that drops into any mixer input. For performers who need to hear themselves, the Shure PSM300 in-ear monitor system ships with four receivers — a full band's worth of wireless monitoring in one rental.
Building out a stage? The Band Mic Pack bundles seven wired vocal and instrument microphones — SM57s, SM58s, and a Beta 52A kick mic — for full-band coverage, while the Presentation Pack and Ceremony Audio Pack combine a wireless handheld with QSC powered speakers for turnkey speech PA. Tech Specs & Compatibility
Our handheld systems are Shure digital wireless — AD2 transmitters with Beta 58A capsules — delivering 24-bit digital audio and standard XLR receiver outputs that feed any mixer or powered speaker. The PSM300 in-ear system includes a rackmount transmitter, antennas, and four bodypack receivers with earpieces. Every system leaves the warehouse with fresh batteries, and spares ride along in the case.
Frequency coordination matters when mics multiply: each wireless system needs its own clear channel, and Portland venues with in-house RF — or a neighboring show — can crowd the spectrum. Dry Rental vs. Operated
Wireless mics are our most common dry rental: reserve online, pick up at the warehouse, plug the receiver into any speaker or mixer, and you are live. For multi-channel shows — musicals, conferences, festival stages — the operated option adds an A2/RF technician who coordinates frequencies, dresses mics on talent, and mixes the show. Pickup, Delivery & Setup
Pickup is at our warehouse at 1313 SE 3rd Ave in Portland's Central Eastside, with same-day pickup available on most single-mic rentals. Delivery is available across the metro — Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Vancouver, WA, and beyond — and every rental includes the receiver, antennas, cables, and fresh batteries you need.
